If the product ordered is out-of-stock, we will contact you immediately to confirm a
replacement / refund / other instruction.

Packing and Processing Time:
12 HOUR.
(We don't post parcel on Monday)

Courier Delivery Time:
Peninsular Malaysia – 3 ~ 5 business days
Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan – 8 ~ 10 business days

General Delivery Days:
Easy Parcel (Pgeon) delivers Tuesday – sunday
Easy Parcel (Poslaju) delivers tuesday – sunday

Orders shipped within Peninsular Malaysia can be expected much sooner than the estimated maximum delivery time.

Change / Cancellation Of Order:
Should you need to cancel or change your order please contact us immediately.
We will accept the change / order if the goods have not been delivered.

International Shipping
Shipping to other international destinations is available.
Kindly to email us to quote for international postage.

We are using Easy Parcel (Pgeon) and Easy Parcel (Poslaju), Postage charges are as follows: -

Peninsular Malaysia - RM 8.00 onwards
Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan - RM 36.00 onwards
